WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit/debit cards

Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express etc. through Square

IS THERE A WAY I CAN TRACK MY SERVICE?

Unfortunately we do not currently have a tracking service in place BUT, we will text/email at start of service , each location going to and leaving from, and when arrived at destination requested. A detailed image of travel map , time and miles can be emailed upon request as well.

DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU MONEY OR A CREDIT CARD BEFOREHAND FOR THINGS YOU'RE BUYING FOR ME?

We only make purchases on behalf of our clients for groceries only. Typically we pay for these purchases up front up to 50.00. This makes it convenient so you don’t have to guess the cost or arrange for us to pick up payment ahead of time. The purchases are then added to your invoice as Reimbursements to Williams7Concierge with any additional charges as well. 

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE RECEIPTS FOR THE THINGS YOU PURCHASE FOR ME?

Photos of all receipts are attached to your invoice. Each receipt may be viewed by clicking on its link at the bottom of the invoice.
Of course, should you need a particular physical receipt, just let us know ahead of time, and we’ll be happy to give that to you.

BESIDES PRICE, WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR SERVICE AND AN APP-SERVICE?

Great question; we’re glad you asked! Williams7Concierge service is a relationship.

We’re personal, not a posting. We’re customized, with a familiar face. We help you manage Life, not just your lists.

Our clients know and feel comfortable and confident entrusting us with a wide range of matters.

We get to know our clients so well that trusting us with our service is not uncommon. And we’re always looking out for our clients’ best interest. It's a relationship-based service.

(And, about price? Our clients understand that price and quality go hand in hand. And they are not interested in turning over home, family, personal, confidential and security matters to be handled by different people for each request.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?

We serve Durham which is our base but also, West Raleigh, Morrisville , Cary, Chapel Hill.


Any request outside of these areas in NC, will need to be charged as a quote item. Please email us for more information.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S INCLEMENT WEATHER?

We will make every reasonable effort to complete your errands, even during inclement weather.
HOWEVER, we cannot put our employees at risk. We will contact you to discuss rescheduling your errands if they cannot be completed as previously arranged.
In the event of a major weather event, we will put an announcement on our Home page regarding our operating status.

DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR MILEAGE?

Yes! Mileage is calculated at the current government rate. 
1st 15 Miles are FREE!

WHAT CAN I DO IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY SERVICE?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU ARE A REPUTABLE COMPANY?

Williams7Concierge is registered in the State of NC  I will gladly provide references upon request.
